All animals are guaranteed properly sexed and will have eaten at least 5 times unless other arrangements are made. Overnight UPS shipments are guaranteed for live arrival if the following conditions are met:
1) Recipient must be present to receive all packages on the day of arrival.
2) Packages are opened and inspected immediately upon arrival.
Any problems with shipments must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of arrival. Notification must be made via telephone or email (telephone preferably). In the event that a call is not answered, a message should be left stating date and time of call and an explanation of the problem. Email messages should include the same information.
In the event that an animal arrives damaged or dead and the above conditions are met, a replacement animal will be provided. If a replacement animal is not available, a refund will be given. The dead or damaged animal must be returned to Northwind Reptiles prior to shipment of another animal or a refund. Overnight shipping costs associated with returned animals are the responsibility of the customer.
